MMAP Program

EquiMortgage Bankers is certified by Miami Dade County for the MMAP program.

The MMAP program allows first time home buyers to receive up to 4% of the purchase price or $7,500, whichever is less towards down payment or closing costs. This is a true forgivable loan. If the borrower resides in the property for 10 years the loan doesn't have to be repaid.

Unlike other assistance programs you can purchase a property anywhere within Miami Dade County. Also, this program allows for individuals that receive higher income to qualify. The program allows individual making up to 140% of the median income to qualify for assistance. This program can also be combined with any other assistance program offered by the City where the property is located.
